Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking Policy We’re so excited to welcome you to Natelle’s Nook! To ensure every family has a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review our booking terms: 💳 Booking & Payment • All sessions are by appointment only. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. • Payment is accepted via our website, for Paynow or bank transfer please contact us. • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. ⏰ Punctuality • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the session to accommodate the next booking. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations are non-refundable, but we will offer a credit for future use if notice is given in time. • For last-minute emergencies (e.g. unwell child), please inform us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to help you reschedule. 📷 Deliverables • All packages include fully edited photos only. • Delivery via private online gallery within 7–10 working days. • Express delivery (within 3 working days) available for $30. 📌 Studio Notes • No raw images will be provided. • Our studio is baby-safe, air-conditioned, and disinfected daily. • A parent/guardian must be present at all times during the shoot.
